Katherine Ribeiro wears several hats serving as the Director Design Department, Office Manager and Executive Assistant.

As the Artistic Designer, Katherine brings her creative expertise from her past long time owner of a computer graphics company in NYC, and her time working for the NYSE as computer graphics consultant for 6 years, running the first computer graphics lab in the NYSE, technology changes but the basics of design is always the same, crafting captivating logos and defining the overall conceptual marketing look for The Dragonfly-e Inc. and its subsidiary groups and projects.

Katherine’s dedication to design extends to both technical and artistic aspects, incorporating conservation principles and creating pleasing appeal through natural nature screening. She specializes in worksite design green energy initiatives, developing models and ideas for wind blocks, beautification, and site reclamation.
In addition to her design responsibilities, Katherine plays a vital role in finding and choosing key personnel and bringing them to the table if you can’t do it find someone whom this is their field of expertise has been a successful key for her and her ability as a manager bringing them all together. She diligently identifies and engages individuals with the expertise required to meet specific needs, whether they be employees or consulting contractors.

As the Office Manager and Executive Assistant, Katherine keeps the office staff organized, motivated, and aligned. She contributes to the seamless functioning of the office environment office cats and dogs and by assisting in material organization, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

Her dedication to creating visually stunning and sustainable projects, as well as fostering a cohesive work environment, makes her an invaluable asset to the team.
